The wording of 'Naturopathy' or Nature Cure is not well known in Malaysia.

Nature cure methods have really been used for centuries in our country and even up till now this method has been used by our brotehrs and sisters in kampong areas.

Method Used in Nature Cure

The method employed by 'naturopath' or natural healer are correct feeding, fresh air, sun bath, the judicious application of water, good food and proper diet and any method which has been tried and
and found to be in accordance with the priciple of naturopathy principles are called nature cure.

Nature cure practitioners employ the nature way of healing such as sun bath, sands bath, copper blaclet, magnetic belt, radiat heat, acupuncture and moxibustion, homeopathy, natural dietetics, fasting, hydrotherapy, manipulative, massage, reflexology, acupressure, reixi, pranic healing, herbal, tai chi, Qi Qong, etc. All this form of therapy are terms as natural way of healing or in US it is terms as holistic approach of healing.

Always remember that anything 'natural' you do to help stay or become healthy is part of natural healing or naturopathy.
